Optional SEO Extras (If Needed)
These extras are not required for most businesses. They are only needed if you want to target more areas, add extra locations, or display reviews and social feeds on your website.
All prices below are one-time fees, unless stated otherwise.
1. Service Area Pages
£25 per page (one-time)
Ideal for service-based businesses such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and tradespeople who cover multiple locations.
For example, if you are based in Luton but want to appear in Watford, St Albans, or Milton Keynes, the correct SEO approach is to create a separate page for each area.
Each page includes:
Your services for that specific area
Location-based keywords
Optional area-specific pricing
These pages help your business appear in organic search results (below ads and map listings).
You can add as many pages as needed; each page is a one-time cost.
2. Physical Location / Branch Pages
£50 per page (one-time)
Designed for businesses with multiple physical locations, such as shops, salons, clinics, or franchises.
For example, if you have branches in Luton, Watford, and London, Google recommends a dedicated page for each branch.
Each branch page includes:
Correct address and contact details
Services offered at that location
Location-specific content and keywords
Proper linking to Google Business Profile
These pages require more work and optimisation, which is why the cost is higher.
3. Reviews & Social Feed Integration (TrustIndex.io)
£115 first year • £65/year from year two
Display live reviews from Google, Facebook, Yell, and 100+ platforms directly on your website.
New reviews appear automatically within 24 hours
Shows real customer trust in your website
Can also display live social feeds from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
This service requires access to your platforms and is not included in Advanced SEO.
4. Additional Business Platforms
£50 per platform (one-time)
We can help set up and guide you on extra platforms beyond the standard ones.
Examples include:
Yelp
Industry-specific directories
Additional review or listing platforms
Each platform has its own rules and approval process. We follow best practices and provide guidance, but final approval depends on the platform.
What’s Included
This section breaks down everything included in our Advanced SEO service in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Each item below plays an important role in helping your website rank better, attract the right visitors, and stay visible as search engines continue to evolve.
SEO Content Creation Included
We write or improve your website content so it is clear, professional, and easy for customers and search engines to understand. Content is structured properly and focused on the services you offer.
Advanced Schema Markup (SchemaPro Included)
We use the premium SchemaPro plugin (worth £68 per year, included at no extra cost) to explain your website clearly to search engines and AI tools.
This helps Google and AI understand exactly what your business offers, page by page, so your website can be recommended more accurately in search results.
Google Business Profile Setup & Optimisation
We set up and optimise your Google Business Profile so your business appears correctly on Google Maps and local searches, following all Google guidelines.
Yell Listing Setup
Your business is added to trusted platforms like Yell to strengthen your online presence and support local search visibility.
Trustpilot Business Profile Setup
We set up and configure your Trustpilot business profile, allowing you to start collecting customer reviews on a trusted third-party platform.
Trustpilot helps build credibility and trust with potential customers, while supporting your overall online presence and SEO.
On-Page SEO (Titles & Meta Descriptions)
We write SEO-friendly page titles and descriptions that appear in Google search results, helping your pages stand out and attract more clicks.
Technical SEO & Performance Optimisation
We optimise the technical side of your website to improve speed, stability, and overall performance, which search engines consider when ranking websites.
Image Optimisation & WebP Conversion
Before uploading images to your website, we optimise and resize them to reduce file size without losing quality. Many images are shared at 3–5MB, but we reduce them to under 200KB where possible. We then convert images to WebP format, which is recommended by Google for faster loading and better SEO.
SEO-Friendly URL & Page Structure
We organise your website pages and links in a clean, logical way that makes it easier for search engines and visitors to navigate your site.
FAQ Pages for Search Visibility
We create FAQ sections that answer common customer questions, helping your website appear in featured results and build trust with visitors.
AI & Voice Search Ready SEO Setup
Your website is prepared for AI tools and voice searches, ensuring it stays visible as search technology continues to change.
Important Notes About Google Business Profile & Third-Party Platforms
While we carefully follow Google’s guidelines and best practices, approval and ongoing visibility on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, and other third-party directories are never guaranteed. These platforms have their own rules, checks, and automated systems, which are outside of our control.
Business Eligibility & Proof Requirements
In many cases, Google may ask businesses to provide proof to verify that they are genuine and operating legally.
Limited companies are usually accepted more easily, as Google can verify details such as the company name, registered address, and directors through Companies House.
Sole traders often have fewer official documents, which can make verification more difficult. In some cases, Google may reject or suspend listings due to a lack of acceptable proof.
Another form of proof that may help (but is not guaranteed) is clear vehicle signage for service-based businesses (such as plumbers or electricians). This typically includes:
Business name
Phone number
Website
Services offered
Even with signage, approval is still at Google’s discretion.
No Guaranteed Approval or Protection From Suspension
Google does not always explain why a business is rejected, suspended, or flagged. Suspensions can happen for many reasons, including (but not limited to):
Inconsistent business details (different phone numbers, addresses, or names across platforms)
Use of incorrect or misleading images
Listings reported by competitors
Rapid increases in reviews triggering manual checks
Information that does not fully match Google’s guidelines
We help you set things up correctly, provide guidance, and recommend best practices, but we cannot guarantee approval, prevent suspensions, or control Google’s decisions.
Our Role & Responsibility
We follow official guidelines, apply best practices, and guide you through the setup process.
Where possible, we recommend that clients create and manage certain accounts themselves, with our guidance, as this often reduces the risk of issues.
If a listing is rejected, suspended, or removed by a third-party platform, we cannot be held responsible, even if we assisted with setup.
If a suspension happens, we will do our best to advise you on the next steps, but the final decision always remains with the platform.
Important Reminder
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that:
Third-party platforms control approvals and suspensions
Outcomes depend on platform rules, not our systems
Results may vary from business to business
We strongly encourage you to read our Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is schema markup, and why is it important?
Schema markup is structured data added to your website that helps search engines and AI understand exactly what your website offers.
It improves how your pages appear in search results, enables rich snippets, and increases the chances of your website being recommended by AI-driven search tools.
How does AI affect SEO and my website’s visibility?
Modern search engines use AI to decide which websites to show.
Websites with clear structure, schema markup, and organised content are easier for AI to understand and are more likely to appear in search results, featured snippets, and AI answers.
What kind of content do you create?
We create and optimise all types of website content, including:
Service and product pages
Homepage and landing pages
FAQ pages
Legal pages (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy)
All content is written to be SEO-friendly, easy to read, and simple to update.
Do you manage social media posting for my business?
No.
We do not post on your behalf, but we guide you on what to post, how often, and where, so your website and SEO benefit from your social media activity.
Which platforms do you add my business to?
As part of Advanced SEO, we help with setup and guidance for:
Google Business Profile
Yell
Trustpilot (guidance and setup support)
Other platforms can be added if needed. Additional platform setups are available at an extra cost.
What happens if my business is rejected or suspended on Google?
Approval and visibility are controlled entirely by Google and other third-party platforms.
We follow best practices and guide you carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval or prevent suspensions, as platform rules and checks are outside our control.
Why is Advanced SEO billed yearly?
Advanced SEO is billed yearly because it includes ongoing optimisation, updates, and premium tools that require continuous renewal.
A key part of this service is SchemaPro, a paid schema markup plugin (worth £68 per year) that we pay for and maintain on your behalf. This plugin helps search engines and AI clearly understand your website’s services, structure, and content. If the licence is not renewed, the schema functionality stops working.
In addition to SchemaPro, search engine rules and AI systems change regularly. A yearly plan allows us to keep your website compliant, optimised, and up to date, ensuring your SEO continues to work properly over time. This is the only reliable way Advanced SEO can be delivered and maintained.
How involved do I need to be?
Your involvement is important, mainly when it comes to reviews and ongoing activity on external platforms.
We strongly recommend collecting reviews on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Yell, and Facebook. Reviews play a major role in local SEO, especially on Google. To maintain strong visibility, fresh reviews are essential. As a general guideline, we recommend receiving at least one new review per month. Weekly reviews are even better and can significantly improve long-term results.
Requesting reviews must be done by you, as reviews must come directly from real customers. We cannot create, submit, or manage reviews on your behalf.
We also recommend staying active on social platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Posting at least once per month is the minimum, while posting weekly provides even stronger signals to search engines. You do not need to send this content to us unless it is something you want added to your website — simply keeping your platforms active helps your overall online presence.
To make review collection easier, we can help by creating direct review QR codes if requested. These can be printed (for example, on a van, receipt, or business card) and allow customers to scan and leave a review instantly on platforms like Google or Trustpilot.
Our role is to guide you and set everything up correctly. Your role is to keep your business active and visible online through genuine customer interaction.
Can you rewrite my existing website content?
Yes.
We can rewrite and improve your current content to make it clearer, more professional, and more SEO-friendly, without changing the meaning of your services.
How do I know SchemaPro is worth the cost?
SchemaPro is a premium schema tool worth £68 per year, which automates complex structured data setup.
We include this at no extra cost in our Advanced SEO service, giving your website a strong advantage in search and AI results.
Are results guaranteed with SEO?
No SEO company can guarantee rankings or approvals.
What we guarantee is correct setup, best practices, clean structure, and long-term SEO safety, which gives your website the best possible chance to succeed.
