Fair Use & Custom Requests
The plan is designed to cover the needs of larger online stores, but a small number of limits still apply:
- Up to 1,000 products are included with your plan. This is your ongoing product allowance and does not reset or renew each year.
- If you need more than 1,000 products, additional products can be added for £1 per product (one-time fee). Once added, they become part of your ongoing product allowance and remain covered by your support and maintenance.
- Advanced or custom features such as:
- Booking or appointment systems
- Special integrations
- Custom animations or effects
- Complex third-party tools
- Non-standard functionality

If you request something outside the standard scope of the plan, we’ll always review it first and clearly confirm any cost before starting. There are no surprise charges.

It’s designed for bigger online stores that want more space, more flexibility, and fully managed support throughout the year.
12 Months of Unlimited Support Included
You’ll have unlimited support for the entire year. Whenever you want to update something on your website, simply tell us, and we’ll take care of it. Add new products, update prices, change colours, replace photos, adjust existing layouts, or make other reasonable changes your store needs; we’ll handle it for you. New features, custom functionality or work outside the standard scope of the plan may involve an additional cost, which we’ll always confirm with you before starting.
Up to 1,000 Products Included with Your Plan
The eCommerce Premium plan includes up to 1,000 products as part of your website. This is your total ongoing product allowance and does not reset or renew each year.

Product Capacity
This plan includes up to 1,000 products as part of your website. This is your total ongoing product allowance and does not reset or renew each year.
When you renew your plan, you keep your existing product allowance. You do not receive another 1,000 products with each renewal.
If you need more than 1,000 products, additional products can be added for £1 each (one-time fee). Once added, they become part of your ongoing product allowance and remain covered by your support and maintenance.
For example, if you have 1,000 products and need 100 more, you would pay a one-time fee of £100. Your product allowance would then increase to 1,100 products, and this allowance would continue when you renew your plan.

What happens when I reach 1,000 products?
If you reach 1,000 products and need to add more, you can purchase additional products for £1 each as a one-time fee. For example, 100 additional products would cost £100, and your product limit would then increase to 1,100 products.
Do I pay £1 every year for additional products?
No. The £1 charge for each additional product is a one-time fee. You do not pay the £1 again when you renew your plan.
Are pages unlimited on the eCommerce Premium Plan?
Yes. The eCommerce Premium Plan includes unlimited pages. You can add as many pages as your business needs without paying an additional page fee.
Are additional products covered by support and maintenance?
Yes. Once you pay the one-time fee for additional products, they become part of your ongoing product allowance. They are then covered by your support and maintenance in the same way as your included products.
What happens if I downgrade from the eCommerce Premium Plan to the eCommerce Pro Plan?
If you downgrade from the eCommerce Premium Plan to the eCommerce Pro Plan, your website must meet the Pro Plan limits and included features when the downgrade takes effect.
The eCommerce Pro Plan includes up to 20 website pages and 300 products.
If your website has more than 20 pages or more than 300 products, you can either remove the additional pages or products, or keep them by paying the applicable one-time fees.
Additional products are charged at £2 each (one-time fee), and additional pages are charged at £50 per page (one-time fee).
For example, if you have 1,000 products when you downgrade, you would need to remove 700 products or pay £1,400 for the additional 700 products. If you have more than 20 pages, you would similarly need to remove the additional pages or pay £50 per additional page.
The Premium Plan also includes certain services that are not included in the Pro Plan, such as Reviews & Social Feed Integration. If you want to continue using services that are not included with the Pro Plan, they may need to be purchased separately at the applicable price.
The downgrade can take effect once your website meets the Pro Plan limits and included features, or the applicable additional fees have been paid.
