Missed Payments & Subscription Cancellation
If a monthly payment cannot be collected, we will contact you to resolve the payment issue. If payments remain unpaid, your website and associated services may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought up to date.
If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so in accordance with the terms of your plan. Any outstanding payments or charges must be settled before the website or related services can be transferred, cancelled, or closed.
