Our monthly plans are designed for businesses that want flexibility and lower upfront costs. Instead of paying for a full year in advance, your total cost is split into 12 fixed monthly payments, making it easier to manage cash flow.
Because we pay for your services on your behalf (such as hosting, software licences, website builders, domains, and other tools required for your website), monthly plans require strict payment consistency.
Important: Standing Order Required
To use a monthly plan, you must set up a standing order through your bank.
Payments must be sent automatically on the same date each month
Standing orders are set up in your mobile or online banking using our bank details
Manual payments are not accepted for monthly plans
This ensures payments arrive on time, as we cover your ongoing costs every month.
Missed Payments & Suspension Policy
If two monthly payments are missed in a row, your website will be temporarily suspended
If the website is suspended and later reinstated, you will no longer be eligible for a monthly plan
In this case, the website can only continue on a yearly plan
This policy is in place because monthly plans only work when payments are received reliably and on time.

Pro Plan – Monthly
Includes 1 month of unlimited support at the start of your plan.
After this, you receive 1 support request per month for ongoing updates or changes.
Extra support requests are charged at £50 each.
Premium Plan – Monthly
Includes 12 months of unlimited support.
This means you can request changes, updates, and fixes throughout the year with no limits.

Includes 4 months of unlimited support when your website starts.
After this, you receive 1 support request per month for ongoing updates.
Extra support is available at £50 per request.
eCommerce Premium – Monthly
Includes 12 months of unlimited support.
This plan gives you full flexibility to request updates, changes, and fixes throughout the year without limits.
What Support Covers
Support includes the changes you ask us to make, such as:

Maintenance (technical updates, security, performance checks) is included separately as part of your plan.
Payment Rules (Very Important)
Monthly plans require a standing order to be set up from your bank.
Payments must arrive on the same date each month
If two monthly payments are missed, the website will be temporarily suspended
If a suspended website needs to be reinstated, a reinstatement fee may apply

What is the difference between support and maintenance?
Support covers the changes you ask us to make, such as updating text, images, products, prices, or layouts.
Maintenance covers technical work in the background, including plugin updates, theme updates, security checks, and performance monitoring.
Both are included, based on the limits of your chosen plan.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, you can cancel a monthly plan at any time.
However, we ask for one month’s notice before cancellation.
This is because many of the services we pay for on your behalf — such as hosting, licences, and software — also require one month’s notice to cancel. If we are not informed in advance, we may still be charged for an extra month.
To avoid this, please let us know at least one month before you want to cancel, so we can cancel everything properly from our end without any issues.
Are monthly plans suitable for all businesses?
Monthly plans are ideal for businesses that want lower upfront costs and flexibility. If you prefer fewer rules and complete peace of mind, a yearly plan may be a better option.
Can I upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a yearly plan at any time. Many clients start on a monthly plan and later switch to yearly for better value and fewer payment requirements.
Do monthly plans include SEO?
Monthly plans include basic SEO setup where stated. Advanced SEO services are available as an optional add-on or included in higher-tier plans, depending on the package.
