Your plan includes up to 20 professionally designed website pages in total, giving you plenty of space for product categories, service pages, and other content your business needs. You can add more pages at any time for £50 each (one-time fee).
Up to 300 Products Included with Your Plan
Your plan includes up to 300 products on your website. This is a one-time included product allowance and does not reset when you renew your plan.
You can add additional products at any time for £2 each (one-time fee). Once added, they become part of your ongoing product allowance and remain covered by your ongoing support and maintenance.
Advanced SEO Setup Included
Your plan includes Advanced SEO Setup, helping prepare your website for better visibility across Google, Bing and other search engines.
We also set up and optimise key business listings and platforms, including Google Business Profile, Bing, Yell and Trustpilot, where applicable. Approval, verification and ongoing visibility on third-party platforms are subject to their own rules and eligibility requirements.
Extended Support Included
You receive 4 months of unlimited support to help get your store fully set up and running smoothly.
After that, you receive 2 support requests per month for reasonable website and store updates, including text changes, price updates, product edits and image updates.
Extra support beyond this is available at £50 per request. New features, additional functionality or work outside the scope of the plan may be charged separately.

You get support, Advanced SEO Setup, premium hosting, up to 20 website pages, up to 300 products, 5 business email addresses, plus ongoing help to keep your store updated and running smoothly.
Product & Page Limits
Your eCommerce Pro Plan includes up to 300 products as part of your website. This is a one-time included product allowance and does not reset or renew each year.
When you renew your plan, your existing product allowance continues. You do not receive another 300 products with each renewal.
If you need more than 300 products, additional products can be added at any time for £2 each (one-time fee). Once purchased, these additional products become part of your ongoing product allowance and remain covered by your ongoing support and maintenance.
For example, if you need 350 products, you would pay a one-time fee of £100 for the additional 50 products. Your product allowance would then increase from 300 to 350 products, and this 350-product allowance would continue when you renew your plan.
Your plan also includes up to 20 professionally designed website pages in total. The 20-page allowance is the total number of pages included with the plan and does not reset or renew each year. Additional pages can be added at any time for £50 each (one-time fee).

We look after everything behind the scenes, including:

Support (You request changes)
Support covers reasonable changes you ask us to make, such as:
- Updating product prices
- Changing product text and descriptions
- Adding new products
- Removing products
- Uploading new product images
- Editing homepage banners
- Making reasonable changes to existing sections or page layouts
Your support covers all products within your current product allowance. For example, if you have paid the one-time fee to increase your allowance from 300 to 350 products, all 350 products remain covered by your ongoing support and maintenance.
After your initial 4 months of unlimited support, you receive 2 support requests per month.
Additional requests are £50 each.

Face-to-Face Meetings
Communication by phone, email, WhatsApp or video call is included within your plan’s support allowance.
If you need an in-person meeting within 30 miles of Luton, this can be arranged. The fee starts at £99 and varies by location. Please get in touch with us for the exact fee for your area.

Do I get another 300 products when I renew my plan?
No. Your eCommerce Pro Plan includes up to 300 products. When you renew your plan, you keep the same 300-product limit. You do not get another 300 products.
What happens when I reach 300 products?
If you already have 300 products and want to add more, you have two options. You can pay a one-time fee of £2 for each additional product, or you can upgrade to the eCommerce Premium Plan, which includes up to 1,000 products.
Do I pay £2 every year for additional products?
No. The £2 charge is a one-time fee for each additional product. You do not pay the £2 again when you renew your plan.
If I pay for extra products, do they stay on my website?
Yes. Once you pay the one-time fee for additional products, your product limit increases. For example, if you have 300 products and pay £100 for 50 additional products, your new limit becomes 350 products. You keep this 350-product limit when you renew your plan.
Do I get another 20 pages when I renew my plan?
No. Your eCommerce Pro Plan includes up to 20 pages. When you renew your plan, you keep the same 20-page limit. You do not get another 20 pages.
What can I do if I need more than 20 pages?
You can add additional pages whenever you need them for a one-time fee of £50 per page. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the eCommerce Premium Plan, which includes unlimited pages.
What happens if I downgrade from the eCommerce Pro Plan to the eCommerce Standard Plan?
If you downgrade from the eCommerce Pro Plan to the eCommerce Standard Plan, your website must meet the Standard Plan limits and included features when the downgrade takes effect.
The eCommerce Standard Plan includes up to 10 website pages and 100 products. It also includes Basic SEO Setup, whereas Advanced SEO Setup is included with the eCommerce Pro Plan.
If your website has more than 10 pages or more than 100 products, you can either remove the additional pages or products, or keep them by paying the applicable one-time fees.
Additional products are charged at £3 each (one-time fee), and additional pages are charged at £50 per page (one-time fee).
If you want to continue using the Advanced SEO Services included with your eCommerce Pro Plan, you can purchase the service separately for £299 per year.
For example, if you have 300 products when you downgrade, you would need to remove 200 products or pay £600 for the additional 200 products. If you have more than 10 pages, you would similarly need to remove the additional pages or pay £50 per additional page.
The downgrade can take effect once your website meets the Standard Plan limits and included features, or the applicable additional fees have been paid.
