What does the Existing Website Plan include?

No. Your website may already have many pages, and we will redesign all existing pages as part of this plan.

What support do I receive with this plan?
You get unlimited support for the first month while your redesigned site goes live.
After that, you receive one support request per month, with extra support available at £50 per request.
What is the difference between support and maintenance?
Many people mix these up, but they are two very different things:
Maintenance
This covers all the technical work required to keep your website healthy and secure. It includes:

Monthly performance and security checks
Maintenance does not include editing your website content or design — it is purely technical.
Support
Support is for the actual changes you ask us to make, such as:
Updating text or images
Adding or editing content
Fixing layout issues

With this plan, you receive one free support request every month, so you don’t pay anything extra for one change or update each month.
If you need additional changes beyond that, extra support is available at £50 per request.
Does this plan include SEO or social media integration?
Basic social media integration (linking your website to your profiles) is included.
Advanced SEO services are not included, but can be purchased as an add-on at any time.
Can I meet you face-to-face to discuss my website?
Yes, you can. If you prefer an in-person meeting, we can visit you within a 30-mile radius of Luton for a £99 consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the travel time and the full meeting session.
