You can enhance your website at any time with optional add-ons. These services are not included in the Website Redesign Plan and are available separately if you need additional features, services or improved online visibility.
Please note: Some add-ons rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Yell or Trustpilot. Any approval, verification, listing, account or feature is subject to the relevant platform’s own rules, requirements and eligibility criteria. We will complete the setup correctly and provide guidance where required, but we cannot guarantee approval, verification, rankings, listings or continued availability of any third-party service.
£50 (one-time fee per page) Add a new page designed to match your existing layout and branding. There is no additional recurring charge for the page itself.
£50£299 per year A full Advanced SEO service designed to improve your website’s visibility across Google, Bing and AI-driven search. Includes SEO content optimisation, technical SEO, schema markup and key business listings. This is a separate yearly service.
£299£100 (one-time setup) We create a fully branded Facebook business page, including logo and cover image. Ownership can be transferred to you so you can manage posts and content yourself.

Your website will be fully responsive, meaning it adjusts perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop for a clean, professional experience on every device.
Free 1 Month of Unlimited Support
Enjoy unlimited support during your first month after your redesigned website goes live. This includes reasonable website updates, content changes, adjustments and assistance relating to your website.
1 Support Request Per Month
After your first month of unlimited support, you receive one support request per month for website updates, content changes or other reasonable website adjustments. Additional support requests are £50 each.

We keep your website updated, secure and running smoothly, including:

Free Logo Design
If you don’t have a logo yet, or you’d like a fresh one for your existing website, we can design a clean, professional logo to match your website’s style. You can also use the logo across your social media and other business platforms.
Website Optimisation Included
We optimise your website for better performance and loading speed by compressing images, converting them to WebP where appropriate, improving website code and settings, and configuring caching where needed.
Website Content Creation
We can rewrite your existing website content to improve clarity and professionalism, or create new content based on the information you provide about your products or services. Content creation is limited to reasonable website content updates within the scope of this plan.
Free Social Media Integration
We connect your website with your existing social media profiles, such as Facebook and Instagram, to make it easier for visitors to find and follow your business online.
Limitations
Hosting & Domain
You must provide and maintain your own hosting, domain and email services. We manage the website itself, including the design, maintenance and updates included in this plan.
Exclusions
This plan does not include e-commerce functionality, online booking systems, payment processing, advanced SEO services or other specialist functionality unless specifically agreed and purchased separately.
Upgrade to a Fully Managed Website Package
If you prefer a fully managed website, you can upgrade to our Pro or Premium plan. These packages include managed hosting, business email, website maintenance, security, technical support and ongoing website care.
For an additional cost, you can move from the Website Redesign Plan to a fully managed package, allowing us to take care of the technical aspects of your website while you focus on running your business.
The Premium Plan provides the highest level of included features and support, with more pages, additional business features and a fully managed website service.

Do I need my own hosting and domain name for the Website Redesign Plan?
What does the Website Redesign Plan include?
It includes a full redesign of your current website, premium theme installation, ongoing maintenance, website optimisation, content improvements, a free logo, and one month of unlimited support.

Is there a limit on the number of pages included in the redesign?
No. Your existing website may already have many pages, and we will redesign all existing pages as part of this plan.
If you need new pages added after the redesign, these can be purchased separately as an add-on for £50 per page.
What support do I receive with this plan?
You get unlimited support for the first month while your redesigned site goes live.
After that, you receive one support request per month, with extra support available at £50 per request.
What is the difference between support and maintenance?
Many people mix these up, but they are two very different things:
Maintenance
This covers all the technical work required to keep your website healthy and secure. It includes:
Plugin updates
Theme updates
PHP updates (when cPanel access is available)
Monthly performance and security checks
Maintenance does not include editing your website content or design — it is purely technical.
Support
Support is for the actual changes you ask us to make, such as:
Updating text or images
Adding or editing content
Fixing layout issues
Small design adjustments
With this plan, you receive one free support request every month, so you don’t pay anything extra for one change or update each month.
If you need additional changes beyond that, extra support is available at £50 per request.
Does this plan include SEO or social media integration?
Basic social media integration (linking your website to your profiles) is included.
Advanced SEO services are not included, but can be purchased as an add-on at any time.
Can I upgrade from the Website Redesign Plan to the Pro or Premium Plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from the Website Redesign Plan to the Pro or Premium Plan. The new plan will provide the features and services included in the upgraded package, subject to the applicable plan terms and any additional charges that may apply.
Can I downgrade from the Pro or Premium Plan to a lower plan?
Yes. You can request to downgrade to a lower plan, subject to the limits and terms of the new plan. If your website or services exceed the limits included in the lower plan, you may need to remove the additional features or pages, or pay the applicable additional charges before the downgrade can take effect.
What happens if I need more than the included pages?
If you need additional pages beyond the number included in your plan, you can purchase additional pages separately where available. Additional pages are charged at the applicable rate for your plan. Alternatively, you may be able to upgrade to a higher plan that includes more pages.
Are additional pages a one-time or recurring charge?
Additional pages are charged as a one-time fee per page. There is no separate recurring charge for the page itself, provided your website remains within the limits and terms of your current plan.
What happens to my website if I cancel or do not renew my plan?
If you cancel or do not renew your plan, any services included with the plan will end at the end of the applicable subscription period. For plans that include managed hosting, website maintenance, business email or other ongoing services, these services may no longer be available after the plan ends. Can I meet you face-to-face to discuss my website?
Yes, you can. If you prefer an in-person meeting, we can visit you within a 30-mile radius of Luton. The fee starts from £99 and varies depending on your location. Please contact us for the exact fee for your area.
