These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Web Designer Luton (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing the use of our website and the services we provide. 1. Service Agreement
1.1 Service Description:
We specialise in designing, building, hosting, and managing professional and responsive websites tailored to your specific needs. We also provide advanced SEO services, including AI-optimised content creation and schema markup to improve your online visibility.
1.2 Plans and Payments:
We offer flexible monthly and yearly plans. Yearly plans require full payment upfront; monthly plans require a deposit. Payments can be made securely on our website, by cash, or by bank transfer. A £10 handling fee applies for payments via the website.
1.3 Support and Maintenance:
All plans include free one-time monthly support and maintenance. Our premium plan offers unlimited free support. You will have full access to your website’s backend and hosting.
1.4 Discounts:
Renewal discounts of 5%–10% apply depending on your plan. Discounts up to 10% apply when ordering multiple websites.
2. Website Design Process
2.1 Content Submission:
Typical design timelines range from 3–5 days if content is provided by you. We offer content writing services, which may extend timelines to 7–10 days.
2.2 Client Involvement:
Your feedback is important throughout the design process to ensure the final product matches your vision.
2.3 Remote Work and Meetings:
While we mostly work remotely, we can arrange face-to-face meetings within a 30-mile radius of Luton or at mutually convenient locations.
3. Contract and Cancellation
3.1 Monthly Plan:
No long-term contract required. Cancellation requests must be given with at least one month’s notice.
3.2 Cancellation Policy:
Please submit cancellation requests in writing via email or postal mail. Confirmation will be provided.
4. Client Satisfaction and Support
4.1 Satisfaction:
We prioritise exceptional service, timely communication, and quality results.
4.2 Ongoing Support:
Technical assistance and guidance remain available throughout your plan duration.
5. Business Listings Disclaimer (Google Business Profile, Bing, Yell, etc.)
5.1 Service Description:
We assist in setting up your business profiles on key platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Yell. We also advise on additional platforms like Trustpilot.
5.2 Eligibility and Guidelines:
Acceptance and continued listing on these platforms depend on their individual guidelines, which we review and explain to you. For example:
Typically, only service-based businesses (e.g., electricians, plumbers) or businesses with a physical storefront qualify.
Proof of business (e.g., Limited Company registration certificate from Companies House) is often required. Sole traders frequently are not accepted due to a lack of official documentation.
For service businesses, proper vehicle signage, including business name, phone number, email, website, and logo on vans, is usually mandatory across all platforms.
5.3 Responsibility Limitation:
We are not responsible if your business is rejected, suspended, or removed by these platforms due to non-compliance or ineligibility. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee acceptance or continuous listing. If a business is suspended or reviews are removed (e.g., due to platform algorithms), these actions are outside our control.
5.4 Additional Services:
For clients who want us to add their business to platforms beyond the main three, we charge £50 per platform. Otherwise, we provide simple links for you to do this yourself.
6. SEO and AI Content Creation
6.1 Content Writing:
We create SEO-friendly website content, including service pages, product descriptions, and legal documents (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy). We use AI-assisted technology to ensure content is clear, easy to edit, and optimised for search engines.
6.2 Schema Markup and AI Optimisation:
We integrate advanced schema markup (using premium tools included in your package) to enhance visibility in AI-driven search results, improve rich snippets, and future-proof your online presence.
7. Limitations of Liability
We strive for reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service disruptions or third-party platform decisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
