You can make payments securely through our website, or alternatively, we also accept cash and bank transfers. Please note that a £10 handling fee applies to payments made through our website.
1.3 Support and Maintenance: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. With every plan, we offer free one-time support and maintenance per month. However, for our premium plan, we provide unlimited free support. We believe in transparency and value the trust you place in us, which is why we provide you with full access to your website’s back end and hosting.
1.4 Discounts: As a token of appreciation for your continued trust, we offer renewal discounts ranging from 5% to 10%, depending on the plan you choose. Additionally, if you order two or more websites, we provide up to a 10% discount to further enhance your savings.
- Website Design Process
2.1 Content Submission: We strive to streamline the website design process for your convenience. The duration of the design process typically ranges from 3 to 5 days, depending on the complexity of your requirements and the plan you have chosen. This timeframe assumes that you provide us with all the necessary content for your website. However, if you prefer, we can also assist you in writing the content, which may extend the timeline to 7 to 10 days.
2.2 Client Involvement: We highly value your input and encourage your active involvement throughout the website design process. Your feedback and preferences are instrumental in ensuring that the final product aligns with your vision and goals.
2.3 Remote Work and Meetings: Embracing the flexibility of modern technology, we predominantly work remotely. However, we understand the importance of face-to-face interactions. Therefore, if you wish to meet us in person, we are more than happy to arrange a meeting at our location or a mutually convenient venue, such as a coffee shop or your preferred meeting place.
- Contract and Cancellation
3.1 Monthly Plan: For our monthly plan, we do not require you to enter into a long-term contract. We believe in the value of our services and aim to earn your trust and loyalty continuously. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your website’s monthly plan, we kindly request that you provide us with at least one month’s notice to ensure a smooth transition.
3.2 Cancellation Policy: To initiate the cancellation process, please notify us in writing via email or postal mail. We will promptly process your request and provide confirmation of the cancellation.
