How Monthly Website Plans Work
With a monthly plan, you pay:
- A one-time setup deposit
- Plus, the first month in advance
- Then a fixed monthly payment by standing order
This structure allows us to set everything up properly while keeping your upfront cost low.
Standing Order Required (Important)
All monthly plans require a standing order to be set up through your bank.
This means:
- Payments are sent each month automatically
- Payments arrive on the same date every month
- Manual or late payments are not accepted
We require this because we pay for your services on your behalf, including hosting, software licences, website builders, domains, and technical tools.
Missed Payments & Suspension Policy
To keep monthly plans fair and sustainable:
- If two monthly payments are missed, the website will be temporarily suspended
- If a suspended website is reinstated, the customer may no longer qualify for monthly plans
- In that case, the website must continue on a yearly plan
This policy exists because monthly plans only work when payments are received on time.
Support Included With Monthly Plans
All monthly website plans include support, but the level depends on the plan you choose.
- Existing Website (Monthly)
Includes 1 month of unlimited support, followed by 1 support request per month - Pro Plan (Monthly)
Includes 1 month of unlimited support, followed by 1 support request per month - Premium Plan (Monthly)
Includes 12 months of unlimited support, with no limits on requests
If additional help is needed, extra support is available at £50 per request.
What Support Covers
Support includes changes you ask us to make, such as:
- Updating text or images
- Adding or editing pages
- Changing prices or content
- Layout and design tweaks
Maintenance (technical updates, security checks, and performance optimisation) is included separately as part of every plan.
